Software Maintenance Subscription
Each software license includes one year of maintenance at no additional charge. The maintenance gives you the latest updates, upgrades and technical support available while your subscription is current. After the first year, an annual maintenance subscription of 15% of the current value of your license is needed to maintain the benefits described above.

This extended technical support goes beyond the standard technical support we provide with each model license. It involves practical modeling advice, model conceptualization, model optimization, mesh review, and QA/QC at any stage of your project. The package provides 10 hours of personalized advice from one of our experts that have more than 30 years of modeling experience.
